MoboTrex has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Material Handler at our location in Davenport, IA. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Material Handler executes the receiving/shipping process and maintains the integrity and orderliness of all inventory storage locations. Must be able to work 4-10/hour workdays, M- Th, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional overtime on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and ship materials via UPS or freight carriers per the standard work instructions.
- During surges in receiving, the Shipping Supervisor will provide additional labor for unloading as needed.
- Read and understand shipping documents. Resolve exceptions and problems with assistance from the Corporate Freight & Returns Manager and Production Manager.
- Set up new locations for raw material parts. Set-up includes: allocating bin, rack or floor space, creating appropriate identification labels, double checking pertinent location data within CSI.
- Help identify and purge obsolete raw material inventory storage locations.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of all raw material storage locations.
- Perform physical cycle counts as requested.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Must be able to drive a pallet jack
- Must have computer skills/keyboarding
- Must be able to work in a team environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk and climb ladders. On occasion the employee may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Must be able to stand or walk for 10-hour shifts.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and ability to adjust focus
