Onsite role located in Newark, Delaware.
What you will accomplish together with us:
- You will be responsible for shipping & receiving all field service kits in the main warehouse and arrange shipping for kits in the field to customer sites and other destinations
- You will manage the kit assignments and calendar in our Service Management System
- One of your tasks will be to run reports in our Service Management System for kit logistics
- You will interface with logistics providers (UPS, FedEx, Expeditors, etc.) for arranging shipments
- Use your knowledge to manage & maintain kit inventory, appropriate lists and handle the inspection of kit contents & condition
- You will maintain calibrated tools within kit with appropriate documentation and calibration cycle
- One of your tasks will be to ship tools to third-party vendors for calibration
- Interface with vendors for tool calibration requirements
- Assist with spare parts shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Provide support to Schedulers & Service Support Team for kit and tools management
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Primary working environment is a climate-controlled warehouse and parts storage area with racked shelving.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, including overhead.
- Ability to climb ladders/rolling ladders/stepping stools.
- Ability to be physically active for extended time frames.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended time frames.
- Ability to use pallet jack to move large containers.
- Ability to use walking pallet lift.
- Ability to push & pull heavy wheeled crates & boxes.

However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
- You have obtained a High School Diploma/GED
- You possess 2+ years’ experience in warehouse activities and/or logistics
- You have 1+ year(s) of SAP experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- You currently have a valid driver’s license
