The 2nd Shift part-time Material Handlerin our Northport, AL facility isn’t just a job – it’s a starting point to an awesome career with a great company. Here’s What You’ll Get To Do
- Pull metal extrusions from material racks (some pieces are 24 feet in length)
- Box stock lengths by hand
- Read and process work orders by due dates provided
- Complete scheduled shipments daily
- May be trained to occasionally operate a forklift, sidewinder, or scissor lift to move material

- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, walk, push, pull, and reach frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must have close visual acuity to complete necessary duties and responsibilities
- Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
- Occasional outside work
