Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift over 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
· Ability to use measuring devices.
· Understanding of ISO quality system policies and procedures
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive criminal background check

Work Environment:
· Work performed in a Manufacturing environment.
· Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and other elements.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS
· Material Handling: Safely and efficiently handle materials, including loading and unloading, transporting, and storing items.
· Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Perform regular cycle counts and assist in conducting periodic inventory audits.
· Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
· Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack materials according to order specifications. Prepare materials for shipping and verify accuracy of orders.
· Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or defects. Report any issues and ensure that only high-quality products are processed.
· Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
· Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Identify and report safety hazards. Participate in safety training programs.
· Other duties as required.
