MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR SUMMARY

The Material Control Supervisor will work with internal members and outside facilities to maintain data integrity, resolve problems, and coordinate inventories and audits.

MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in employee relations and training.
• Correspond with outside facilities to resolve problems, etc.
• Coordinate and assist in physical inventory audits.
• Assist with month end reconciliations.
• Assist with any data entry (receiving, processing, shipping, etc) as needed.
• Assist with maintaining quality documents (work instructions, job flows, etc) for internal and external audits.
• Fill in 1st and or 2nd shifts when employees are absent.
• Back out work orders and or correct data entry errors.
• Assist with correcting and monitoring Toyota account.

MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Material Control Supervisor candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with experience in Inventory Control. Knowledge of automotive/manufacturing industry is preferred.
