Description:
IAM Hourly represented employees who currently work at the main (Sunnyvale/Palo Alto) unit, Santa Cruz, VAFB or Eastern Range facilities must apply to open requisitions on Brass Ring to be considered for the position.Create government shipping documents utilizing several systems and databases.
Check shipping requests for material accuracy, need date, cost, type of item and assign priority to requests as directed by supervision.
Use Enterprise Resource Planning software to research hardware history and status.
Use database to create and maintain government property and maintenance records.
Work with multiple teams for problem resolution in systems and processes to ensure accuracy of documentation.
Manage digital file system for all shipping, receiving, and stockroom documentation.
Use Microsoft Office Suite to develop and maintain shipment tracking tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma (minimum requirement)
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Must be eligible for Government Security Clearance
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Experience using a computer including a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as File Explorer
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to read, understand, deliver and follow oral and written instructions
Desired Skills:
- Advanced working knowledge or Word and Excel
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems preferably SAP and/or ECE
- Two- or four-year college degree
- Office management experience
- Knowledge of warehousing operations
- Familiarity with DD250 and DD1149 Government delivery documents
- Training in, or experience with using, continuous improvement/lean six sigma principles

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
