What You Can Expect 

During a 6–12-month internship with us, you will face authentic business opportunities, craft scalable solutions, and make a real impact.  Our internships are thoughtfully planned to offer the following for students who bring passion, collaboration, and innovation to their role:

Areas of Focus 

We have several internship opportunities to align to your area of interest, study, and/or career aspirations.  Each internship will have the opportunity to lead or contribute to projects and scalable implementation plans.   

  • Cyber Security:  Engage in Red/Blue team testing, play a critical role in detecting security threats, and contribute to enhancing our cyber security program. Gain technical experience in tools like Python, bash, Linux, and KQL development languages. 
  • Data Science:  Decipher problems by identifying data sources, provide statistical analysis, conduct forecast or model error analysis, and develop prototype solutions. Analyze opportunities, provide meaningful insights, and build technical skills using Python, Snowflake, and Azure ML. 
  • Digital Manufacturing:  Gain hands-on experience with new manufacturing software applications, engage with end users, and learn Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools while practicing project management.  
  • Enterprise Architecture: Dive into the world of Enterprise Architecture and play a crucial role in data collection and categorization, contribute to the development of EA matrices, and align technology capabilities with business strategy. 
Qualifications
  • You are currently a Junior or Senior 
  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field 
  • You have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher 
  • You can commit to an internship at least 6 months in length, preferably 12 months 

Additional Information

Our internships will start Spring of 2024 and end 6 to 12 months later.  Actual start dates will be determined once an offer has been extended. 

Internship hours will be dependent on the student’s availability while school is in session.  During the summer, interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, or as mutually agreed upon.  Applicants will have the opportunity to share their availability during the interview process.   

Interns may work remotely and preferred locations are Cleveland, Chicago, and Indianpolis.
