Master Trainer

PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Master Trainerto support our government customer at NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordinance Division (IHEODTD) in Indian Head, MD.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, support operations of the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office, assist in coordinating events, providing business process and ERP solution support, providing data management support, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting/resolving/and or escalating technical issues, and opening and closing service desk tickets. Specific tasks include:
• Prepare documentation required for end-user training.
• Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop online training content.
• Convert existing training data for new Navy ERP organizations using SAP EnableNow.
• Ensure end-user training requirements are met prior to role assignment.
• Coordinate with users and Navy ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) Information Assurance (IA) and Basis teams to meet changing user access requirements and information security policies.
• Support end-user role sustainment activities such as providing supervisors of end-users the necessary tools, procedures and forms so their personnel may be granted access to applicable end-user roles that are necessary to execute business transactions with the Navy ERP production environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Six (6) years of experience with specific Navy ERP tools including SAP EnableNow or developing SAP training content is required.
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Must have demonstrated analytical skills in end-user training.
• Navy ERP experience and/or experience in online training management is required.
• Must be proficient in SAP EnableNow.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive-level positions.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree. Associate's Degree and eight (8) additional OR an additional ten (10) years of Navy ERP experience can be substituted for a degree.
