· Education/Degrees: (Masters)
· Years of experience: 2 Years experience of Social Work with Geriatric Population
· Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License upon hire Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
The (Master of Social Work) oversees the Social needs/ care of senior participants in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic setting.
· Schedule: (Monday- Friday, No weekends or Holidays)
· Times: (8:00- 5:00 pm) Payrate: ($33.95 - $54.80,)
· Bonus: $5,000 Hiring Bonus
Responsibilities:
· Provides social work services to participants.
· Working on an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
· Care Coordination
· Collaborate with the team, supporting high client satisfaction and outcomes for seniors!
