Master Scheduler - Permanent Job

Master Scheduler to develop and maintain an end-to-end execution schedule for all programs and ensure all necessary materials for orders are on track for a timely start of a product build.

Responsibilities:

·        Create, maintain, and optimize a detailed end-to-end schedule for all development and production orders including all lifecycle stages of a program: Development Verification Test (DVT), Product and Production Qualification (QAL) and Production Orders.

·        Create a high-level Master Schedule for all Development and Production Orders. This schedule includes only Milestones that cover all lifecycle stages of a program.

·        Meet with all stakeholders on a weekly basis to update and optimize the schedules.

·        Identify any capacity bottlenecks in the product realization flow and collaborate with all parts of the organization to find a solution for those execution hurdles.

·        Publish and communicate the schedules to all functions through weekly meetings and digital tracking boards.

·        Work with Inventory control to ensure stocking levels for all raw materials will not impact production schedules.

·        Participate Continuous Improvement to identify opportunities in the battery realization process to decrease cost, reduce scarp/waste, and improve quality of the product.

·        Work collaboratively with all departments Program Management, Development Engineering, Process Engineering, Production, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Testing, Warehousing and Logistics.
