Key-Sub Tasks
Recruiting and hiring technicians
(Always recruiting and hire when needed)
Providing a culture for inclusivity and diversity
Managing Technicians with Coaching and Training
Praise the Wins! Coach the Opportunities!
Identifying technician development Needs through continually
conducting team meetings, 1:1 Evaluations, Ride Alongs, & Support
Reviewing team’s weekly payroll, spiffs, and commissions
Prepare Service Manager projected daily sales goals and weekly reports
Collaborate and work with management team
Attend management meetings
Attend service training workshops

Desired Skills and Experience
Must have a Master Plumber license with plumbing experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
