Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Master Plumbers for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI . This i s a full time opportunity with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot, and service of commercial and industrial plumbing and piping systems
Install new & replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warranties
Install piping water lines, compressed air line, drain lines, and process piping systems in accordance with established standards
Maintenance and service of drain lines, leaks, back flows, hot water systems, boilers, filters, etc. for on demand and scheduled request installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners
Complete site visits, site surveys, and investigate site conditions for the purpose of estimating cost of installation and repair
Complete documentation, including, but not limited to timesheets, expense reports, service reports, and purchase card logs
Conduct general tasks including but not limited to safety training and maintaining own tools
Keep accurate service and maintenance records
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Years of Verifiable Plumbing Experience, Working in Plumbing Service, Remodel Field
WI State Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Ability to Read and Comprehend Instructions
High School Diploma, or GET Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Well Organized with Effective Communication Skills
Basic Mathematical Abilities
Knowledge of Plumbing Systems
