Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and needs
- Design personalized workout programs based on clients' fitness levels and objectives
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Qualifications:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds
- Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being
- Previous experience in sports coaching or physical education is a plus
- Knowledge of group fitness instruction is an asset
