Master Esthetician

We are looking for a Licensed Master Esthetician to help set up an aesthetics clinic within our eyecare practice.  Our doctors do advance dry eye treatments for patients including thermal pulsation and IPL with Lumenis software.  We are seeking a knowledgeable Aesthetician who can help us develop a clinic to further enrich our patients' lives.  Much of what comes into contact with our patient's skin around the eyelids and face affects the health of the eye.  We want to find someone who can help do some of the advanced dry eye procedures and build out an aesthetics clinic that will work in synergy with patients' wellness.  Some of the things we are looking at include facials, lash lifts, lash tinting, micro-current, Microderm abrasion, and others.  We also want to educate our patients on non-toxic makeup that will not exacerbate the dryness of their eyes.

• Examine and analyze the client’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide skin care recommendations

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

• Confidently offer and conduct consultations and treatments for all patients

• Able to recommend and sell all products

• Participate in and help organize events, designed to promote brand image and awareness and maximize sales

• Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment

• Proven both spa and retail experience

• A state-issued aesthetician license

• Ability to provide genuine and personalized treatments, as well as recommend and sell products

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Confidence and discretion are a must

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Advanced knowledge of beauty products that are safe for the ocular surface

• Extensive experience with spa policies, use of treatment materials and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients

• Micro-needling and/or any other Specialty Licenses are a plus

• Client-oriented

• Empathetic

• Excellent communication skills. MUST be a people person
