- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
- Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip.
- Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in accordance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and wiring.
- Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services.
- Must be willing and able to perform independent work in the NY Burroughs (Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island).
- Master Electrician with an active license.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Team orientated player with ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience.
- Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
