Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Master Data Supervisor to join our Procurement Department at our Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO.
Responsibilities:
•Creating and maintaining product codes, maintenance parts, operating supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials and vendor data
Managing day-to-day managerial items and one direct report
•Mass changing of data
•Creating/Running queries for report purposes
•Monitor IPS tickets and assisting with training plant personnel
•Create vendor data from Lextegrity output
•Strict adherence to Master Data governance through maintenance in SAP
•Maintaining consistencies in Master Data information
•A good understanding of the overall needs and expectations of Procurement, Marketing, and R&D, as well as other areas of the company
•Project work and on call as needed
Qualifications:
•Attention to detail
•Knowledge of SAP preferred
Management expereince preferred
•Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner
•Self starter and willingness to take on new projects
•Able to m ultitask
•Able to manage own time and duties efficiently
•Friendly customer service is a must
•Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
•Able to make decisions when the need arises
•Ability to work extended hours as needed during busy seasons
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the followingcompensation and benefits:
• Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $50,000-$55,000; and
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
