Job Description
*This is a 1 year contract-to-hire position. Candidates must be local to Atlanta and 100% onboard with converting to a permanent employee. This position will be hybrid onsite 3x a week. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Contribution to Data Conversion Initiatives:
o Contribute significantly to data conversion initiatives by leveraging detailed knowledge of API integration and extensive experience with Oracle.
o Play a key role in transforming and migrating data, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Apps.
· Technology Expertise and Guidance:
o Act as a technology expert, providing guidance on deep integrations and system optimizations, particularly in Oracle Cloud Apps.
o Utilize in-depth knowledge to enhance data integration processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project goals.
· Knowledge Transfer and Vendor Integration:
o Facilitate knowledge transfer from vendors, actively participating in the integration process, and providing expertise-based recommendations.
o Collaborate with external vendors to ensure a seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise, contributing to the success of integration initiatives.
· Bridge Between Functional and Technical Teams:
o Serve as a bridge between functional and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.
o Facilitate effective collaboration by translating technical details into business implications and vice versa.
· Data Requirements Analysis:
o Analyze and define data requirements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data requirements.
Requirements:
· Extensive Experience with Oracle, Particularly in Oracle Cloud Apps:
o Demonstrate extensive experience with Oracle, showcasing proficiency in Oracle Cloud Apps.
o Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle data structures, configurations, and functionalities relevant to the role.
· Strong Expertise in API Integration:
o Showcase strong expertise in API integration, with a track record of successful implementation in Oracle environments.
o Leverage API knowledge to optimize data flow and integration processes.
· Proven Ability to Assert Recommendations Based on Technical Knowledge:
o Demonstrate a proven ability to assert recommendations based on technical knowledge and expertise.
o Provide valuable insights and guidance to enhance data conversion and integration strategies.
· Strong Business Analysis Skills:
o Possess strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
