The team behind The NOW Massage Long Beach is excited to bring LA’s hottest wellness destination to Newport Beach in the amazing Corona del Mar neighborhood. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our team and help us build a strong culture. The location is set to open mid-February, with paid training beginning in early February. Responsibilities:

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Full and Part-Time positions available.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy that possess the right qualities, as well as demonstrate innate talent for, and understanding of, therapeutic massage.

Requirements:

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• License/certification required in California. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Availability for at least one weekend shift
• Physical demands of the job include: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
