Prerequisites
- Strong belief in teamwork
- Graduated from a school with over 650 hours of training
- Proof of insurance (ABMP, AMTA, etc.)
- NCBTMB, MBLEx or equivalent credentials
- Growth mindset in seeking better solutions within the health and fitness environment
- Flexible schedule (e.g., early mornings, later evenings as needed and agreed upon)
- CPR/AED certified within 3 months of hire
- If not currently licensed, then a current or pending certification from the NCBTMB is required
Compensation
- Massage Therapist is eligible for commission of individual sales
- Massage Therapist is eligible to work on in-house projects to accrue more pay, these projects include
- In-service clinic presentations
- Member clinics
- Writing

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
