ABOUT THE POSITION
The Markets and Resource Adequacy Analyst at the Western Interstate Energy Board (WIEB) is responsible for providing policy and technical analysis of wholesale electricity Markets and Resource Adequacy programs in the Western U.S. The Markets and Resource Adequacy Analyst primarily provides staff support to facilitate and enhance the Markets+ States Committee (MSC) engagement in the processes at the Southwest Power Pool’s (SPP) on initiatives related to the operation of Markets+, and to the Committee of State Representative (COSR) for the Western Power Pool’s Western Resource Adequacy Program (WPP-WRAP), and other related coordination efforts across the West.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
