Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll have excellent communication skills and a passion for technology, with a good understanding of Ecommerce and ideally Marketplace platforms (Amazon & eBay) This is a new role so you'll be able to make it your own and add huge value at an exciting time of growth for Tactus! Here they operate across multiple businesses from mass market tech to specialist gaming PCs. The group is currently expanding it's portfolio and branching into new areas of tech and consumer electronics. We tarde across our own Ecommerce stores as well Marketplace platforms (Amazon & eBay)
 
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day sales, promotions and listing activity of the Marketplace platforms (Amazon & eBay). The role reports to Head of Product who will lead strategy and product launch concepts. The role will be supported by Commercial, Marketing, Customer and Logistics teams.
 
Main Duties:
The range of duties of a Marketplaces Executive is wide and will be expected to include:
Taking ownership of SKU optimisation and listings
Actioning and maintaining new product upload
Liaising with the internal teams to ensure all assets are ready for launch
Working with Head of Product dela, launch and new product strategy
Working with the marketing team to align goals and maximise sales
Working with CS with updates on any issues
Weekly internal sales reporting
Having a proactive approach to inventory planning and trend analysis, liaising with relevant departments to ensure order fulfil rate targets are being met
Ownership and management of tasks via marketplace platforms
Monitor levels of chargebacks, implementing strategies and offering support to reduce occurrences
Support on marketplace ads
To utilise all analytics tools available to maximize growth opportunities both in existing ranges and new products through in depth analysis
To support in building relationships to ensure all account related activity runs smoothly
Ad hoc projects and tasks within the company
Actively invest time into learning and developing your Amazon & eBay skills through webinars, podcasts, forums and more. Marketplaces are always evolving, it will be your responsibility to understand changes and maximise potential.
