The Promontory Club, located in Park City, Utah is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Marketing Technologist / Digital Marketer - Full time. This is a Monday - Friday, in-office position.
Are you an individual interested in utilizing both your creative and analytic skills in a technical position? If so, you might be the right fit for our Marketing Technologist position. This newly emerging role combines strong information technology knowledge with creative marketing skills. Your primary focus would be to ensure our digital marketing strategies complement our organization's overall goals by collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Sales.
The Marketing Technologist / Digital Marketer will be passionate about integrating their knowledge of marketing technology platforms and marketing practices to bear and advance the personalized marketing capabilities of Promontory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a relevant field is required.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of related work experience in a marketing / digital marketing environment is required; five (5) years of related work experience in a marketing / digital marketing environment is preferred; must have excellent written, verbal and analytical skills; must have excellent technical skills and a high level of competency with Microsoft Excel, CRM and Websites / Wordpress; previous experience working with HTML, Salesforce, Northstar Club Management Software, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, Zapier, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Web Service API, Gravity Forms and IDX Broker is preferred; background in real estate or a master planned community is preferred; must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to sit at a desk or in meetings for extended periods of time; ability to lift 15lbs frequently and the ability to lift 50lbs occasionally; must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends when needed.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED ON JOB: Abide by Promontory policies and procedures and submit ideas for possible revision; work independently with little supervision; courteous and helpful with Promontory Club Members and employees.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Base salary ranges from $50K - $60K annually and will be commensurate with experience. Eligible to participate in the company's discretionary bonus program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the lead generation operation through Meta, Instagram, and AdWords platforms
- Work closely with our digital consultants to maximize lead generation potential
- Maintain, update, and oversee website operation and content (one WordPress public site, one private Member site).
- Assist in the development and creation of a new public facing website.
- Maintain, update and oversee app operation and content via Club Software system.
- Manage CRM database, data mining/reporting, data analysis.
- Work closely with our marketing and management team to create and implement new short and long-term email nurture campaigns, as well as re-engagement campaigns.
- Work closely with our sales, marketing and Club team on ideating and implementing subject, body content, CTA, and email design A/B tests.
- Measure and optimize the performance of all outbound communication strategies including Open Rates, Click-through-rates, Readability Rates, etc.
- Develop new strategies to move customers through the customer journey.
- Curate and dispatch direct-mail campaigns to vendors.
- Creation of email blasts, drip campaigns, reporting on email campaigns.
- Assist with special projects, perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
- Work full time in office (M-F) - not a remote position.
