As Novarad’s Marketing Team Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO and Senior Director of Product on the execution of all marketing materials, content, and campaigns. You will lead a team of up to four marketing professionals. Local candidates only, please!

What You’ll Do

  • Works closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate marketing strategies, based on knowledge of organization objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Supervises marketing and promotion activities of an organization, including the marketing staff; assigns responsibilities, schedules activities, and evaluates performance.
  • Manages the promotion and direction of the marketing activities, improvement of company's product image, market data, and information.
  • Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
  • Tracks and communicates marketing program results
  • Identifies potential customers.
  • Performs analysis of customer behavior, market condition, and competitor activity from the collected data.
  • Communicates with Sales team, ensuring they are kept informed of changes that might affect product sales.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other related discipline (or equivalent work-related experience)
  • Marketing Team leadership experience.
  • Three to five years prior experience in brand marketing for a product or service
  • Computer proficiency: Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo or other campaign marketing tools.
  • Prior experience in Channel Marketing
  • Healthcare related experience a plus

  • 40 plus hours/week in the Provo office.
