Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Pay Rate: $75,000-85,000/year

Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some weekends

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Marketing or relevant experience
• Experience with B2B marketing
• Skilled using Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with SEO/SEM and other marketing tools.
• Familiar with all social media and marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Digital marketing experience
• Experience building emails, campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
• Proficient in Facebook Business Center
• A portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Website management experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to travel to events as needed
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experienced in making a variety of marketing materials: newsletters, campaigns, brochures and invitations
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Creative thinker and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal
• Outgoing, friendly and comfortable speaking in groups
• Excellent grammar, editing and proofreading skills
