- Maintain existing and establish new referral connections
- Attend local networking events
- Visit prospects’ offices for follow-up visits
- Social media posts, increase followers and audience
- Attend company-sponsored events during weekdays or on weekends

- Weekend work required on an as-needed basis
- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus
Education:
- College diploma/degree preferred but not required
- Active TREC Realtor Agent License preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales is required
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation for effective communication
- Knowledge of computer programs and applications, particularly word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Spanish speaking is a plus
