  • Comfortable iterating with a test-learn-scale approach to optimization.
  • A lifelong learner who is always curious and keeps an open mind when solving difficult problems.
  • Creative with keen attention to detail, and you love the power of data.
  • Excited to interface with all levels of company leadership and make a direct impact on our marketing and sales effectiveness.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of real-world experience managing CRM, marketing automation, CMS and related tools (Hubspot experience required) in a high growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge using tools like Excel for data analysis, management, and reporting
  • Experience clearly articulating and communicating important information from data analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with the full suite of Hubspot capabilities, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, etc., as well as comfort learning new sales and marketing technologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus and driving key outcomes.

In this role, you will specialize in:

  • Go-To-Market Processes: Ensure that we operate in a coordinated way in the market and are creating efficiencies to improve the lead generation, nurture, and conversion processes that will drive engagement and revenue.
  • Campaign Management: Leave no lead behind. Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns using the full scope of HubSpot's functionalities (including emails, landing pages, scoring, workflows and reporting), to align with key marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Content and Site Optimization: Build and optimize web pages, landing pages and blog posts for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Support paid digital and lead generation programs (PPC, content syndication, display, retargeting, programmatic, etc).
  • HubSpot Administration: Configure and manage HubSpot tools, workflows, templates, and maintain data integrity within the system. Optimize company’s HubSpot implementation including CRM, Marketing, Sales and CMS. Ensure system capabilities are fully realized, resolve system issues, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions to meet needs.
  • Database Management: Oversee databases, manage contacts and audience segmentation, and ensure data cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
  • Workflow Automation: Creating and optimizing automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline marketing processes, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and lead scoring.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Using HubSpot's reporting capabilities to track key metrics, generate reports, and provide insights into campaign performance, attribution, lead generation, conversion rates, etc. to improve process and performance.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Integrating HubSpot with other systems or platforms (e.g., CRM, social media, analytics tools) to maximize its effectiveness within the broader marketing technology stack. Ensure our technology systems work together seamlessly, and act as a bridge between technology, data, and the go-to-market team.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and support internally on how to effectively use HubSpot tools, troubleshoot issues, and optimize their usage. Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for the go-to-market team for any requests and services related to GTM technology.
