Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Marketing Operations Analyst I based at our Greenville, NC.
What you will do:
- This position will support global lead management and our digital marketing experiences which include our lead life cycle and all the steps our leads & customers go through when interacting with our organization digitally.
- Responsible for supporting strategies designed to improve the user experience and conversion across all marketing platforms.
- This includes evaluating and analyzing data from website traffic, form submissions, sales, and conducting research to understand the lead life cycle and customer journey.
- Developing reporting to support data driven marketing investment and ROI.

- Critical thinking, data analysis for prioritization, and action of sales & marketing reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a talent for critical thinking, creative problem solving and multitasking.
- Superb oral and written comprehension and communication skills.
- Thrive in an ambiguous work environment and be successful with minimal supervision.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ work experience in digital marketing with bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10 years’ experience in digital marketing in lieu of degree.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Deep domain knowledge and experience of multi-channel digital and social technologies.
- Understand concepts such as: Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, Search Engine Marketing, (Pay-Per-Click advertising and Search Engine Optimization) and also understand basic marketing reporting metrics and KPIs
- Demonstrate an understanding and have professional experience with sales & marketing platforms such as: CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation platforms (Oracle Eloqua), Web Analytics & Visualization (Google Analytics & Looker Studio), and Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads)
