As the Marketing Manager at ALS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in strategic planning, campaign development, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Drive the digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and other online channels.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online presence.
  • Utilize analytics to measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and other metrics to refine marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
