The Opportunity
As a Marketing Manager – Omnichannel Fulfillment and Partnerships, you will support the marketing strategy to drive the dotcom and retail business. You will create and execute 360 marketing campaigns to drive awareness and usage for our Omnichannel Fulfillment options by leveraging data and client driven insights. You’ll also support external partnerships business, working directly with their teams to drive brand awareness. In addition, you will:
- Optimize the Omnichannel Fulfillment marketing strategy throughout the year through evergreen and seasonal efforts
- Support the facilitation of briefings for creative teams, delivering creative feedback grounded in strategy and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish
- Work closely with business teams and external marketplace partners to enhance Sephora’s brand image and drive new client acquisition
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal cross-functional partners across a highly matrixed organization including business, e-commerce, merchandising, tech, creative, store experience, analytics, program management and more
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
- 4+ years of marketing experience and consumer-based online experience, preferably retail
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Proven marketing planning, strategy, and execution
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels in a highly cross-functional and matrixed team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills ability to juggle competing priorities
- Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment, remaining flexible when changes in business are required
- Passion for Sephora, beauty, and marketing
The annual base salary range for this position is $107,856.00 - $143,545.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
