We perform various tests in house at each of our clinics such as EKG, Stress, Echo, Ultrasounds, Pulmonary Function Tests, Bloodwork, Sleep Studies, ABI, and Urinalysis.
We are urgently hiring a Marketing Managerto join our team in our marketing office in the Bronx! The potential candidate should be organized and communicate details related to the task at hand while serving as an interface between team members and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
- Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Build weekly reports and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Simultaneously work on launching the clinical site in your region and maintain the optimal workflow
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
- Train and mentor marketing employees on the correct processes and strategies to achieve client acquisition targets.
- Monitor the marketing team's performance and ensure they are meeting their KPIs, Goals, Objectives, and Targets.
- Implement necessary changes, such as altering the bonus structure, appointing a team leader, creating new targets, conducting 1-on-1 meetings, and making hiring or firing decisions.
Skills:
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- 1 or more years of experience in project coordination
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
