Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing all aspects of Canyon Ranch Las Vegas including but not limited to Spa, Salon, Fitness, Food and Beverage. Specifically, this position is responsible for recommending marketing, promotional and PR strategy for the property. The Marketing Manager will also plan, procure, execute, and/or support development and deployment of creative materials (Digital, Print, Video, PoP) for the property including offers, promotions, social media, media and PR opportunities. In addition, they will collect and analyze data on effectiveness of above programs and respond to guests comments on social media. Responsibilities include giving marketing support to all revenue generating departments and assisting with action plans to advance sales thru marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will lead Brand Awareness for Canyon Ranch Las Vegas in all departmental areas and build dynamic ways to connect the Canyon Ranch Las Vegas brand to the Venetian/Palazzo customers resulting in higher capture rates. The Marketing Manager will work with outside vendors as well as Corporate Marketing and PR teams to ensure brand is connected and displayed properly through all outlets and uphold the integrity of the brand through digital and print assets.
Qualifications:
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
