Marketing

• Writing social media copy & creating static posts/videos
• Blog site development
• Created the latest website outline and working with Wheelhouse with continued website development & optimization
• Creating automated funnels for communications at high-level for email communications with new leads
• Google Business updates
• Keyword optimization on Google and website

Needs to Have Skills In Graphic design, writing in English (Spanish is a bonus), basic WordPress understanding, intermediate High-Level system use, and experience with Google business and keywords.

Advertising

• Writing ad copy
• Creating static and video ads
• Preparing ad budgets for TikTok, Meta, and Linkedin
• Preparing & Optimizing Meta campaigns
• Meeting with Facebook on a bi-weekly basis for optimization best-practices
• Ensuring ads are directing to the High-Level system correctly
• Working with TokMedia with their TikTok campaigns

Needs to Have Skills In Graphic design, writing in English (Spanish is a bonus), media buying & budget development, High-Level system experience, basic understanding of TikTok advertising.

Operations

• Project management and development of internal software such as:

  • Go High Level – Building out the marketing GHL system in order for the system to function with our marketing strategic plan

• Setting up forms on the website and digital campaigns and ensuring they funnel into the appropriate pipelines

Marketing Department Management

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports of the department including:

  • Digital ad progress & budget spend

  • Addressing annual goals set by the General Manager

• Developing the Marketing Plan for 2024 and working with an in-person and virtual team to execute it

• Finding and hiring Upwork contract workers to assist with projects short-term

Needs to Have Skills In: High Level system, Wordpress, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing a virtual marketing team
