Marketing Manager

We’ll cut to the chase, do you have:

• 4+ years B2B software marketing experience
• A background creating a compelling and impactful visual brand and voice
• Experience building out a marketing strategy and managing content creators (vendors & contractors) to execute against goals
• Impeccable communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across all functions in the organization
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Experience leveraging marketing technologies, social media and content creation platforms

Here’s What the Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager Look Like:

• Lead all elements of the demand generation lifecycle, including planning, segmentation, creative development, media planning, campaign management, budget management, measurement, and optimization
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including audience definition, communications architecture, and launch strategies
• Create sales enablement content & programs that deliver effective messaging to prospects and customers throughout the business development process
• Drive content development (e.g. blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, etc.) to attract and retain senior-level enterprise clients
• Conduct market and competitor research and analysis to evaluate challenges and opportunities for future growth
• Responsible for monthly all-employee meetings: formatting the meeting, creating and updating the slide deck, ensuring collaboration and smooth presentation, and leading the meeting
• Use testing and experimentation to derive insights and refine methodologies and messaging

**Preference will be to candidates that are VA based, and EST based. This role can be remote.
