About the Role
- Execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral programs
- Implement B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to support revenue growth in payer and related markets
- Manage tactical execution of omnichannel marketing activities from inception through delivery, working with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Develop digital assets for use in social channels; maintain content calendar working with internal experts across product and clinical and in response to events and other external influences
- Build and deploy digital journeys for B2B campaigns, managing calendars, working with writers, designers, and freelancers
- Steward the brand promise and solution value proposition through all external communications
- Leverage analytics to measure results and gain insights into campaign performance
- Support sales operations
- Support sales process, including new development and/or customization of content such as pitch decks, one-pagers, etc., to support sales activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or relevant field is required.
- Must have between 3-5 years of marketing experience with experience actively managing campaign creation and deliverables. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Ability to work across groups and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Must have excellent attention to written and design detail.
- Strong communications and program management skills with the ability to prioritize and communicate change to internet stakeholders.
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or another marketing automation tool. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
OncoHealth is committed to remote, hybrid or in office work options. The majority of the team will be remote or in hybrid work arrangements with offices in Atlanta, GA and Guaynabo, PR. We are open to employees nationwide but work primarily in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.

Our Current Solutions
Through the use of OncoHealth's utilization management system, OneUM, our customers can use a single e-Prior Authorization portal for all oncology drug request and treatments. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment.
OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro, an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs. Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill down compatibilities. The data is the paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape.
OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies. New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace. Since 2018, the FDA approved 121 new cancer applications including 49 novel cancer drug entities. Our Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacologists can help health plans update drug policies, offer utilization management and formulary advice, and development training for staff.
