Job Description:
We seek a proactive and adaptable Marketing Generalist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll support various marketing initiatives, overseeing diverse projects such as marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, email marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and event planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a multitasking environment, excels at prioritization, and possesses strong communication skills. We're looking for a creative individual eager to contribute to the growth of our scaleup.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop social media posts to promote blogs, podcasts, and other content.
Create, generate and publish podcast excerpts to produce and disseminate fresh digital content.
Draft emails to promote Decimal resources for nurture campaigns.
Create and revise long-term nurture series for different stages of the funnel.
Build a follow-up series for existing opportunities.
Conduct customer outreach for case studies, testimonials, and small business stories.
Gather feedback to refine positioning strategies.
Social Media Management:
Research podcast touring opportunities and compile target lists.
Perform outreach and follow-up for podcast guest spots.
Managed content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Craft and publish content on the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Produce diverse content types such as blog posts, case studies, articles, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
Podcast Management:
Assist in creating and posting snippets for "After the First Million" (ATFM) episodes.
Coordinate efforts to secure guest spots for Tait on other podcasts.
Support in creating and posting snippets for other podcast episodes featuring Matt Tait.
General Responsibilities:
Manage the content creation process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm engaging content ideas.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media management.
Assist in promoting and distributing content to maximize reach and engagement.
Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) through comprehensive customer support initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Passion for marketing and content creation.
Schedule:
This is a full-time internship position with flexible hours to accommodate the intern's academic schedule.
