Summary
Crafting engagements that acquire and strengthen relationships, support customers and drive business results. Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (“CRM’) & Marketing Automation functions including maintaining usage standards, gathering of data and production of reports, lists and analysis for use throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred; associate degree required. Minimum of one to five years of experience analyzing data for a financial institution or similar organization. Demonstrated track record of market research and analysis required. The ideal candidate has a blend of marketing, design, analytics, and technical expertise who enjoys problem solving, designing & testing models, and reporting performance. Prior experience with Google analytics, CRM platforms and business visualization desired.
Primary Activities

- Gather, analyze, and evaluate data to optimize processes and procedures; develop processes and reports to monitor customer behaviors based on data; routinely mine data for opportunities.
- Leverage large amounts of data to explain complex business challenges and depict explanation and solutions in concise, easily understood formats.
- Develop queries to create customer lists for projects using given parameters; coordinate provision of lists to delivery channels; verify lists against source prior to execution.
- Create reports to optimize efforts by tracking promotion performance and analyzing performance data, providing a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results.

Bank Secrecy Act
- Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations
