Overview
The Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and executing events throughout the season with our MOBL NOBL branded trailer. They will be responsible for identifying potential events, securing a space at those events, securing the applicable permitting, insurance, and inspection requirements unique to each event. Ideally, the spring, fall, and summer should be populated with as many scheduled off-site events as possible.
In addition, the Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for operating the MOBL NOBL during events, which includes conducting sales, stocking, cleaning, and transporting the trailer.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend events during the summer
- Communicate with Event Coordinators via email and phone to prepare for events
- Identify and prospect new events and fill out applications
- Gather and organize COI's and other requirements for each event
- Clean and maintain the MOBL NOBL, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean, minimalistic brand presence at each event
- Maintain the Events Database with accurate, up-to-date information for each event and provide data to Creative Director
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies needed for promotional events and activities
- Post on social media while working events
- Develop creative approaches to increase social media audience at events
- Drive a trailer to and from events (training will be provided)
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor while representing the brand.
- Providing product feedback and suggestions to the brand's product development team
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Other responsibilities include:

- Posting event-related stories, etc
Key Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High School Diploma is preferred but not required
