Job Description
As a Digital Demand Generation Marketer at BlueStreet, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts to generate leads, boost customer acquisition, and contribute to our company's growth. You will collaborate with our team and have the opportunity use your creative skills. This person will be a proactive take charge marketer able to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, PPC advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
Support lead generation efforts by creating and optimizing landing pages, lead magnets, and forms to capture and nurture leads.
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
Contribute to content marketing efforts by creating and distributing blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos that engage our target audience.
Aid in social media marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling posts, running paid social ads, and monitoring engagement metrics.
Assist in optimizing website content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitoring keyword rankings.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates on various marketing elements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content creation, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.
Participate in budget management and allocation for digital marketing activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and positive ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to remain competitive in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years marketing experience in DEMAND GENERATION.
Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Understanding of HubSpot or other CRM tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
