If you're not based in our Rockford office, you will be required to travel to our headquarters in Rockford, IL 1 day per week during training. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance marketing reporting and dashboards using Tableau.
• Analyze and report on marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and Return on Investment (ROI), effectively communicating findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Analyze Marketing Data to identify opportunities and developing growth strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Evaluate channels, offers, and audience segments based on critical KPIs such as conversion rates, contact rate, and lead quality.
• Identify potential areas for testing in our dynamic test-and-learn environment, including landing pages, forms, and content.
• Make data-driven recommendations for future tests based on performance and growth opportunities.
• Actively participate and collaborate as a valued member of our Business Intelligence Group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing, finance, business, or related field.
• 3-6+ years of experience in a full-time digital marketing analyst role.
• Proven expertise in data analytics, including marketing analytics exposure.
• Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Salesforce, including data extraction, manipulation, and proficiency.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., TradeDesk).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and tell data-driven stories.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and marketing automation tools.
