Job Description
The role of Marketing Coordinator is to participate in all aspects of marketing strategy with a focus on graphic design, producing marketing materials and collateral, providing support to all levels of the Marketing Team daily/weekly/monthly tasks, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all entities. To be successful in the role of Marketing Coordinator, one must be organized and able to manage and prioritize projects, receptive to feedback, and trained in the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and all aspects of professional photography. The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Team at MountainStar Partners and its entities.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide support to Marketing teams for daily/weekly tasks, as well as long-term projects and initiatives.
- Work with the GSO Marketing Coordinator to draft, edit, finalize, and release B2C marketing communication, such as email blasts, advertising, and sales collateral to dental professionals.
- Write copy as needed for the company website for event, contest pages and blogs ensuring all content is current, accurate, adheres to company standards, and is consistent in tone and voice.
- Design and produce effective and persuasive marketing collateral in alignment with entity brand standards.
- Ensure the consistent use of branding throughout all company materials and communications.
- Create brochures, flyers, business cards, logos, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, etc. for MountainStar Partners and its entities.
- Collaborate with other entities Marketing Teams to produce large scale marketing initiatives such as event planning, commercials, radio spots, video and photography productions, and major adjustments to the website.
- Collaborate with vendors to order marketing merchandise, stationery, interior decor, new business cards past 90 days for new hires, and more.
- Write and deliver monthly communications for MountainStar Partners and its entities.
- Assist with any and all creative design projects needs within the company, including branding, printing, generating ideas, graphic creation, template creation, and more.
