Marketing Coordinator

Instent Industries has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to provide support to our Marketing Manager.

With a focus on content creation, and campaign development, you will assist in the planning, creation and deployment of a variety of marketing strategies including, but not limited to, paid and organic search, social media, email marketing and tradeshows.
Our ideal candidate has some marketing and sales experience and is self-motivated to complete tasks on a deadline.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Undertake daily marketing tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Support marketing manager in various marketing initiatives.
• Assist with marketing activities including webinars, email campaigns, web content, retargeting, video, tradeshows and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, web content, blog articles) to improve the company’s presence
• Monitor and maintain Instent Industries social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Assist in the planning, implementing and managing of weekly schedules for all social media content relative to our brand.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing with a strong understanding of digital media
• Experience with website, content marketing, email marketing and social media management and analytics.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
