Marketing Content Writer - Part Time

We are looking for a self-starting and highly motivated individual who has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and disciplined work habits to work with our Marketing team as a part-time Marketing Content Writer.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills and needs to be detail-orientated, organized, not afraid to ask questions, and have a drive to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Writing engaging content for project descriptions, website, marketing campaigns, social media, articles, case studies, video scripts, infographics and other assets
2. Managing style and format consistency across all projects and communications
3. Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
4. Revising content whenever updates are needed
5. Conducting research on any given topic
6. Optimizing articles for SEO and accessibility
7. Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics
8. Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
9. Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels
10. Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
11. Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood
12. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
13. Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects

Experience required in the use of MS Word, Excel, and WordPress. Experience with HTML, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus
