We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-focused Marketing Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Hampton, NH. The ideal candidate is a creator with a passion for storytelling, experience across Social Media platforms, excellent writing skills, and outstanding organizational acumen. The primary responsibility of this professional role is to create and manage content that supports company Social Media, email campaigns, website blogs, and marketing initiatives as well as drive revenues/sales from those platforms. The secondary role includes collaborating with multiple departments while managing marketing campaigns and project workflow.
Here is the mix of what you will be doing day-to-day:
- Work with the Director of Brand Marketing to establish and execute Social Media, email & content strategy
- Ensure Social Media initiatives increase brand awareness and contribute to brand revenue/sales growth
- Create and develop organic and third-party content for social posts, email, blogs, and videos.
- Maintain the content marketing calendar and workflow
- Create and manage monthly email newsletters
- Write articles for company blogs
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers
- Manage testimonial programs and outreach
- Research and recommend new social tools, metrics, and strategies as appropriate
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in quality and voice
- Manage Social Media communications and responses to followers in a timely manner
- Social listening and research for company social platforms and websites
- Maintain monthly Social Media/ email marketing dashboards and metrics
- Obtain and maintain a deep knowledge of our products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other related field
- Strong organizational skills
- A desire and ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Project management experience
- A creative and results-oriented approach
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and sense checking skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in or ability to learn Constant Contact, Canva, and WordPress
- Tech-savvy, self-learner that can proactively learn new platforms and technologies
- Extensive knowledge and expertise of Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Deep understanding of Social Media metrics and benchmarks
