Description
The Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and managing NK's brand identity and executing marketing strategies that promote its NK products, services and mission. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Brand Specialist is to create and maintain a consistent brand image, oversee marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Requirements
Marketing Campaign Management

  • Brainstorm and create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and drive sales.
  • Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns and monitor and measure their success, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired performance outcomes.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines.
  • Use data and feedback from existing projects to execute new marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure visual elements complement the messaging and adhere to the brand guidelines.
  • Provide input on layout, graphics, and other design elements to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all assigned web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology.
  • Develop marketing plans through collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Create internal and external marketing campaigns that translate objectives throughout business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications reflect established brand guidelines.

Social Media Management
  • Create and schedule social media campaigns that align with social media strategies across all platforms.
  • Maximize content strategy by re-purposing assets to fit appropriate digital channels.
  • Curate monthly content calendars for social media platforms (4 separate brands) to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and other critical KPIs.
  • Work with graphic design and video team to develop appealing content for social platforms
  • Work with existing customers to solicit joint PR & marketing assets (i.e. case studies, media release quotations, testimonials, online reviews; etc.)
  • Support and attend trade show, meeting, and live event efforts via social media platforms
  • Create promotional campaigns to drive sales/web traffic from social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing and social media strategies, taking action on insights to meet goals (increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, etc.)
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives and share with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with emphasis on product marketing experience. Trade show organization experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, with experience in developing social media posts, press releases, etc.
  • Proficient in the use of data analytics tools - can comfortably analyze and present data to key stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel / Work Location
Hybrid work environment that consists of remote work and regular need to be in the office (minimum 1 - 2x per week). NK's facilities are located in Boothwyn, PA. Travel is required for trade shows and marketing events.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Climate-controlled manufacturing facility and offices. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Dogs in office.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week. Some flexibility to set 40-hour schedule around core hours of 10am-4pm.
Training
Most training is on-the-job but formal education and training may be provided where appropriate.
Pay Rate
This is a salaried position. Pay rate commensurate with qualifications and experience as well as company size. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance ranges averages 2% to 5% of compensation.
