Marketing Assistant

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Manage and update content on the company's digital platforms to ensure consistency and relevance.
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee the company's social media accounts and develop a content calendar.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and drive brand engagement.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Implement strategies to convert leads into customers, utilizing marketing automation tools where applicable.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
• Ensure a seamless experience for attendees and leverage events for brand exposure and lead generation.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on digital and content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.90 - $25.34 per hour
