Job Description
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate execution of market, tradeshow, and event preparation and sales support. Assists the marketing team with any administrative, advertising, marketing, and/or sales tasks required.
Essential Duties
- Works closely with the Marketing Manager, sales account managers, inside sales team members, and distribution group on various marketing projects.
- Prepares collateral for markets, which includes printing, cutting, packing, and labeling boxes, as well as digital uploads to software used by sales reps.
- Assists with local setup and execution of promotional displays and visual merchandising required for local showroom marketing events for trade shows.
- Fulfills orders for collateral, swag, or other promotional materials to independent sales representatives, sales managers, and customers.
- Maintains accurate and updated digital assets on all platforms.
- Assists with uploading website content, including copy, imagery, events, collateral, blogs, and press releases.
- Assists with graphic design projects such as creating tags or labels, and cropping, positioning, or editing graphics and images.

Required Education and Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in marketing
- 1 or more years of experience in graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field

Work Schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. This work is performed in the office and is not a remote position.
