Overview
Optical Training Institute is seeking a Marketing Manager to design, implement, and refine Marketing and Sales initiatives including partnerships, digital marketing, prospecting, and client discovery in order to generate brand awareness, MQLs and SQLs. This is an exciting role for someone who is eager to operate with autonomy, take responsibility for building and refining a sales and marketing engine, and work on an exceptional team.

What you’ll accomplish
Build Partnerships
- Design, develop and manage OTI partnerships with key eyecare industry partners, such as state and national associations, trade associations, accreditation organizations, and others.
- Oversee joint marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual benefit.
Launch Marketing Campaigns
- Design, develop and manage marketing campaigns designed to improve brand awareness and generate MQLs
- Engage in public relations activities to secure mentions or features in leading industry publications
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and conferences to amplify OTI's presence
- Collaborate with experts to curate relevant, informative, and engaging content
- Lead email marketing, ensuring content is fresh and relevant
- Monitor and optimize website traffic, implementing strategies to increase visitor engagement and conversion
Identify Prospects
- Design, develop and manage initiatives to generate SQLs for the company
- Identify potential prospects and add them to the company’s CRM
- Manage the company’s pipeline of prospects and cultivate their awareness of and interest in our products by managing automated, personalized campaigns that share relevant content
- Screen MQLs and hand off to the company’s sales team when a lead becomes a potential SQL
Learn and Grow
- Take ownership of responsibilities and be self-motivated to lead them to successful completion
- Proactively share and implement ideas to improve the Company’s processes, procedures, and team
- Learn and grow personally through coaching, self-driven requests for feedback, and other learning and development opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
