Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist at Hire Ventures
Join our growing Atlanta-based team at Hire Ventures, a boutique human resource consulting firm. We are seeking a creative and driven individual to amplify our brand and share our story with potential clients. This role will be part of our core operations team, and will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, working closely with the CEO and leveraging your expertise to tell our story.

This is a hybrid remote role, with 2-3 days per week in office at our Atlanta Tech Village Buckhead location.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Sales Enablement strategy, focusing on branding, content creation, promotion, and website management.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and case studies to attract potential clients and tell our story.
  • Collaboration & Goal Setting: Work closely with the CEO to set goals and develop actionable plans to meet them. Create slide decks for sales, client kick-offs, training, presentations and company meetings.
  • Lead Generation: Curate and manage content to drive traffic and generate new leads using platforms like Hubspot.
  • Thought Leadership: Utilize various platforms to promote thought leadership, including LinkedIn, podcasts, and industry events.
  • Brand Promotion: Regularly update and manage promotional materials and swag to support our team, build our culture and brand and show client appreciation.
  • Website Management: Oversee the functionality of the site, including SEO, content updates, blog, e-commerce management, and promotions.
  • HR Shop Management: Handle the launch of new offerings, promotions, and customer nurturing for the HR Shop.
  • Social Media: Create and post B2B content with a heavy focus on thought leadership to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
  • Creative Input: Bring innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance marketing efforts and brand awareness. Update and promote the Hire Ventures Culture Calendar.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Canva, Buffer, Loom, Hubspot, Google, Microsoft office and WordPress for various marketing activities.
  • Prospecting & Lead Cultivation: Identify and generate prospects and leads with a focus on clear messaging to our ideal client.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote Hire Ventures across all social platforms, sharing relevant content to increase awareness of our services and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the professional services, human resources, or recruiting industry.
  • Proven Success: A track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Hubspot, WordPress, Google Workspace, Powerpoint and Canva and the latest SEO tactics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
