Develop and implement a strategy to meet sales quotas for remodel and outdoor construction projects. Find platforms that have opportunities to bid. Should be generating about 60 leads a month. Leads will be passed on to the sales team.
Flesh out the social media and other advertising engine to create sales marketing campaigns, both online and in local areas flyers etc.
Target demographics for the specific services we are offering
Design experience, CAD and construction backgrounds a big plus. we are primarily a hardscape company, with small crews working to build specific trades in specific geographical locations.
build out CRM and Lead tracking, emails, sales pages on the website
Most of the work can be done remotely, however it is important to understand the specifics of the market being targeted, so have familiarity with the demographics and specifics of the clientele in the Oregon territory.
