As the Marketing and Community Relations Associate, you will have the opportunity to help build brand awareness and drive digital engagement by curating video, visual, and written content. You are also responsible for managing customer inquiries via our social media channels. In addition, you will assist in the coordination and creation of donated or event-centered brand materials. You will be instrumental in curating a friendly and professional environment for our fans and community partners.
Requirements
• No disciplinary actions for the past 3 months
• Exceptional customer service skills in your stand
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Professional knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
• Proficient with the Adobe Suite or other photo editing software
• Copywriting, marketing analysis, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attendance record at your current stand
• Some experience with professional writing and great literacy
• Able to travel to the stands in our franchise to take photos
• Represent the Dutch Culture in a fun professional manner
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create all visual content for all DBAZ social channels.
• Capture and edit quality content within specific deadlines.
• Have at least 5 pieces of content in the photo sharing album ready to post every
Monday by 5pm unless otherwise coordinated with director.
• Stay current regarding the use of new tools and techniques.
• Help create photo and video assets for internal team when needed.
• Assist your director to create a monthly social calendar with Social Team.
• Create and define DBAZ's social marketing strategies with Social Team to reach as
many customers as possible following the monthly social calendar.
• Respond to any and all customer feedback, comments, or messages received within a
24 hour time period on all social media platforms during weekday office hours and
weekends when designated.
• Send detailed feedback emails to stand leadership teams based on customer
complaints and feedback.
• Respond and follow up on all questions from leadership regarding stand and customer
feedback
• Send out and record gift cards to remedy customer feedback.
• Send out promotional items (stickers) when applicable to customer requests
• Assist your director with any and all marketing tasks when needed.
• If you're on time, you're late, show up early, and be punctual to all meetings and
events.
• Attend all HQ staff meetings, and other work related events as scheduled.
• Keep your workspace clean and tidy, and do your due diligence around HQ to ensure
it is the same!
Weekend Responsibilities: Responsible for remote social media coverage 3 weekends a month. 2 hours required on Saturday and Sunday: 1 hour before noon and 1 hour between the hours of 4-8PM.
